Safety engineering

Every machine with moving parts harbours various hazards and risks for people and the environment during operation. Safety functions are required to minimise injuries and damage. These must neither disrupt normal operation nor make operation unnecessarily difficult.
Based on a good risk assessment, we create and verify safety functions in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13849 or DIN EN 62061.

Whether you are looking for a new development, retrofitting security technology or advice, ask our TÜV-certified specialist advisor.

Wiring diagrams

Based on EN 81346, we create clear circuit diagrams including 2D control cabinet overviews, cable and terminal diagrams, as well as PLC overviews. We use WSCAD Electrix 2021 as our in-house software, but can also supply EPlan P8 projects by arrangement.

The basis for the electrical safety of machine equipment is DIN EN 60204-1 (VDE-0113-1).

PLC programming

It is a special moment for every mechanical engineer when a static machine is brought to life after a long period of planning. Programmed motion sequences can be used to validate whether the machine does exactly what it was built for in the first place. This is an important step before the machines are put into operational use.
We are happy to support you with PLC programming for both B&R controllers and Siemens CPUs.
